Hourly rate multiplied by hours worked. Plus the holiday supplement: 8.33% for 4 weeks holiday, 10.64% for 5 weeks, 13.04% for 6 weeks.
Deducted from the gross wage: AHV/IV/EO (5.3%), ALV (1.1%), withholding tax (5% in the simplified procedure). From 8 or more hours per week, non-occupational accident insurance (UVG-NBU, 1.432%) is added.
In addition to the net wage, you pay as employer: AHV/IV/EO (5.3%), ALV (1.1%), occupational accident insurance (UVG-BU, 0.505%) and the cantonal FAK contribution (varies from 0.80% to 2.95% depending on the canton).
